FEATURED SPONSOR

Duke

Duke came to us after being displaced from his home, and he arrived already limping with what is likely a torn ACL. He’s a sweet, gentle Lab who’s handling everything with patience and heart — even though he’s in pain. Bishop will almost certainly need ACL surgery, and until then, he needs a safe, stable setup so he can rest and recover properly here at Fat Cow Foundation.

What Duke still needs:

A fence collar to keep him on the property

Medical support for his upcoming ACL evaluation and likely surgery

Your support helps ensure Duke gets the care, comfort, and stability he needs during this critical time.

Bruce

Bruce came to us after he came up lame and couldn’t keep working. He’s a goofy, lovable dork with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Sponsoring Bruce helps give him the comfortable, low-stress retirement he deserves.

Your sponsorship helps cover:

Hoof care (regular farrier visits)

Joint care (support + maintenance)

Dental care (routine teeth work)

Feed (quality hay + grain)

Supplements (to keep him moving comfortably)

👉 Want to be part of Bruce’s care team?

Watson

Watson came to us after his owner passed away, leaving him suddenly without the person he trusted most.

Watson is beginning to settle in, but he still needs a proper setup and ongoing care as he adjusts to life without his person.

What Watson needs:

A secure kennel to keep him safe

A dog house for warmth and shelter

Kennel mats to keep him dry and clean

A fence collar to keep him on the property

Regular grooming care (poodle coat maintenance)

👉 Want to help Watson feel secure and cared for again?

The

Angora Goats

Winter shelter and bedding

Professional shearing

Hoof trimming

Parasite management

Fencing and pen upkeep

Daily supplements

Dry ground cover in mud season

Buddy

Buddy came to us after his owner’s health declined and he needed someone who could keep up with his care. He’s a steady, low-drama Pyrenees who fits right in here.

What Buddy still needs covered:

Working-dog food (high-calorie, high-protein)

Basic supplements

A fence collar to keep him on the property

Nori

Nori came from the rez. She was born there and grew up completely on her own. She’s never been owned, never lived inside, and she operates like a true feral dog. Our goal isn’t to change herm just to give her a safe place to live the way she’s comfortable living. She does well with other dogs and prefers their company over people.

What Nori needs:

A larger, secure setup

Environmental add-ons and enrichment

➡️ Sponsor Nori

Theo

Theo is a senior Ragdoll who came to us after his owner passed away. He’s not a social cat and prefers to live his life on his own terms. He loves toys, needs specialty food, and because he was declawed, he’s indoors full-time for safety.

What Theo needs:

Specialty cat food

Litter and daily supplies

Indoor enrichment/toys

➡️ Sponsor Theo

The Barn Kitties

Our barn cats come in as needed. Some stay here long-term, others we place into barn homes. They’re working cats, not indoor pets.

What the barn kitties need:

Quality cat food

Shelter upkeep (heated houses, bedding, wind blocks)

Parasite prevention

Litter and supplies for indoor holds when needed

➡️ Sponsor the Barn Kitties

Bedding and maintenance supplies

Mail Call

Snail mail is a great way to stay in touch. It slows things down, keeps the skill of writing alive, and is a great way to connect with seniors who may be lonely. In our Mail Call program we connect vets and seniors with a penpal who would like to keep up on old school communication.
